One Vision is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Hourly Services to provide meaningful hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of others.
Schedule
Tuesdays & Wednesdays
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
16 hours per week
What Youll Do
Support individuals with daily living needs including meals hygiene housekeeping and medications
Encourage independence choice and personal growth
Assist with community outings appointments and activities
Provide safe transportation as needed
Complete required documentation using electronic systems
Support household routines budgeting and life skills

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
Completion of all required training
