Your Mission

Reporting to the Sector Vice President of Contracts & Supply Chain youll serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Business Area leadership while managing both talent and budget across the organization. This isnt just contract management its relationship building risk mitigation and strategic partnership development at the highest levels.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain key partnerships within the Intelligence Community
  • Team Development: Lead recruitment career development and performance management for your contracts team
  • Innovation & Process Excellence: Drive compliance with FAR DFAR and other regulatory requirements while implementing cutting-edge solutions
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with functional leads to resolve complex contractual challenges
  • Performance Accountability: Deliver results in proposal win-rates cost savings compliance and risk management

What You Bring

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience or Masters with 10 years
  • Contracts Expertise: Deep knowledge of government contracts subcontracts and proposal support including experience with all contract types working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and experience negotiating OTAs CRADAs and commercial agreements
  • Leadership Excellence: Minimum 4 years of team leadership experience with proven ability to develop talent
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and demonstrated success in identifying and managing risks.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success in leveraging cross-functional teams to resolve complex Contracts and Subcontracts issues in support of achievement of business goals
  • Negotiation Mastery: Strategic thinker with expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required

Pay Range $139100.00 - $251450.00
