What you can expect:
PGIM isoffering an exciting10weeksummer internship foran undergraduatestudent supporting theGlobal Business Management Global Business Management teamis responsible fordriving key business initiatives that will shape the growth and evolution of PGIMs globalReal Estatedebt and equity businesses.
The intern willassistthe team in deploying strategic and technology initiatives acrossthe business working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan execute and follow up on these initiatives. This role will help develop project managementcommunication and technicalskills.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with business management and innovation teams to help design coordinate and implement internal projects to support strategicand technologyinitiatives.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advance businessobjectivesandassistwith project planning and execution.
Support project documentation scheduling meetings and managing communications to ensure alignment and collaboration among all parties involved.
Prepare and present an end-of-internship report that highlights the impact of your work on key projects detailing specific contributions to business management activities and innovation initiatives.
Whatyoullneed:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026and May 2027
MinimumGPA of 3.2

BusinessFinance Economics or Real Estate majors preferred but not
Strong communicationskills and a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Selfstarter with strong initiative curiosity and eagerness to learn; able to work independently
Technologically savvy

Note: The salary range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 an hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible foradditionalcompensation and/or benefits.
