You will support the Sales team and Sales Operations Management with tasks before during and after the sale.
Main Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Help create customer proposals (RFP/RFI).
- Work on hardware/software configurations.
- Request activation or deactivation of product IDs (PIDs).
- Prepare bid review packages.
- Assist with pricing approvals.
- Create new customer accounts sites and addresses.
- Generate reports with product and configuration details.
Quote Support
- Create and manage quotes in the system.
- Check and confirm details (addresses delivery dates billing info).
- Prepare rollout schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update Sales Representatives on order status.
Post-Sales Support
- Monitor order booking process.
- Communicate with the Back Office team about changes or questions.
- Cancel orders or invoices if needed.
- Solve delivery and configuration issues.
- Help resolve invoice problems.
- Keep order tracking files updated.
Skills Required
- Strong communication in Spanish and English.
- Professional and detail-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Creative problem-solving.
