We are looking for a skilled IT End User Support Specialist to provide technical support for enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills customer service orientation and experience supporting desktops laptops network devices and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & System Support
- Deploy configure and maintain IT systems including desktops laptops servers and network equipment.
- Support voice and video conferencing systems mobile devices and related hardware.
- Install configure and maintain operating systems enterprise applications and IT equipment.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
Incident & Service Management
- Monitor and manage IT incident queues and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and configuration issues for end users.
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant support teams when necessary.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to users regarding IT systems and services.
Asset & Deployment Management
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including device deployment updates and retirement.
- Maintain accurate asset records in IT asset management systems.
- Provide onboarding support for new employees including IT setup and orientation.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and governance standards.
- Support implementation of security best practices within the IT environment.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technical meetings and collaborate with global IT teams.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and system performance analysis.
Maintenance & Project Support
- Perform system upgrades maintenance and configuration changes.
- Support scheduled maintenance activities and system updates.
- Assist in regional and international IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 35 years of experience in IT support or end-user support roles.
- Hands-on experience providing onsite and remote technical support.
- Experience working in enterprise or global IT environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and desktop support.
- Basic knowledge of servers networking and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Audio Visual / Video Conferencing support (Level 1).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
