Job Summary
As an Apprentice in the Hong Kong Apprenticeship Program you will be part of one of our innovative and exciting teams across our lines of businesses: Asset Management Corporate Tax Finance Operations Payments and Technology. By working in one of the above businesses you will build your knowledge network and gain insights into how our businesses work together to serve our internal and external stakeholders globally.
Job Responsibilities
Asset Management
Support client onboarding reporting and daily fund operations while collaborating on regulatory and efficiency initiatives.
Corporate Tax
Prepare tax filings for Hong Kong entities and support tax advisory projects partnering across teams to ensure compliance and process improvements.
Finance
Assist with financial reporting regulatory filings and project management collaborating across functions to drive accuracy and strategic outcomes.
Operations
Support risk management and control processes for Markets Operations in APAC collaborating with stakeholders to uphold compliance and deliver process improvements.
Payments
Drive business growth and strategic projects across APAC by supporting sales client onboarding and cross-regional collaboration while ensuring compliance and process enhancements.
Technology
Design and support secure technology solutions collaborate on product delivery and contribute to cybersecurity and risk management initiatives.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Final year Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder students graduating with a qualification by July 2026
Graduated Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates with no more than 2 year full-time work experience
A well-rounded academic background
All academic disciplines and majors are welcome
Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working in teams to deliver results
Strong communication interpersonal skills and with strong attention to detail
Available to start work in August 2026
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only however subject to business needs the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
