The Role
Were looking for a Software Quality Assurance Lead to help shape how quality works in our SAAS applications.
This is a new role with real freedom to make an impact. Youll assess how we currently build and deliver and maintain operational software services decide whats worth improving and put practical changes in place. Were looking for someone with energy initiative and confidence who is comfortable operating independently and influencing teams through credibility rather than authority.
The focus is to assure our software engineering quality improving testing review practices and delivery confidence while keeping compliance and audit activities well managed in the background. Youll work closely with software engineers to embed quality into everyday development not layer it on as process.
This role is open to candidates with the right to live and work in Australia.
