Job Summary

Job Purpose

The Enhancement Crew Member performs handson landscape maintenance tasks while supporting the Foreman in daily operations. This role helps maintain outdoor spaces by completing routine grounds work safely operating equipment and assisting with crew training and jobsite organization.

Responsibilities
Enhancement Crew Member responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist Foreman in training on all aspects of landscape grounds management services.

Digging planting raking watering andclean-up of landscapes.

Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.

Collection of company owned equipment and tools at the end of the day.

May be asked to help in other divisions such as installation or floriculture as needed.

Safe operation of the following landscaping equipment:

Mowers - push walk-behind and riding

Tills aerators slit seeders (On occasion wheel tractors)

Edger string trimmers chainsaws hedge trimmers

Backpack sprayers and blowers

Hand tools such as shovels picks rakes and pruning tools

Pay/Benefits Package

$16-19 Hourly
Up to 40 hours (PTO) Paid Time Off Annually Accrual.

Required Skills

Ability to lift upto 50 pounds on a routine basis

Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Ability to work around bees poison ivy pollenthornsand other environmental risks

Must wear work boots Bland landscaping uniforms and present yourself in a clean and polite manner

Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment

Must wear company-provided eye and ear protection as

Must havegood communicationskills and ability to motivate others

Must be willing to obtain FL pesticide applicators license

Valid FL Drivers license andgood driving record (preferred)

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Mustcomply withBlands policies and procedures
