Q3 Contracting Inc. is currently searching for a Labor Compliance Coordinator in Little Canada MN. This position will support the Labor Compliance Specialist in delivering project documents related to Union required documents.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Monthly and weekly union reporting
• Weekly payroll review/verification
• Research and provide support documentation for discrepancy notices
• Assist with union and labor compliance audits
• Create and maintain craft class codes
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• 2-5 years previous compliance experience preferred
• Experience with Vista ViewPoint preferred
• Project required labor compliance forms fringe benefit statements and union status letters.
• Good understanding of basic Minnesota and federal labor laws
• Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting preferred
• Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job. Examples include Discrepancy Notices Daily Timesheet Audits General Ledger analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to use critical thinking to resolve daily challenges and analyze data
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be a team player

Compensation: $27-30/hour (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
