University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kinnser Home Care Intake Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This role involves managing intake processes efficiently to ensure our clients receive the highest quality care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and able to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to facilitate smooth client admissions and care coordination. This is a 9-5 position and you must have Kinnser home care experience at a home care office. We are looking for a very experienced person for our office. Open interviews are held Monday to Friday from 11am to 4:30pm at 11585 Farmington Rd Livonia MI 48168.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake process for home care clients using the Kinnser software system.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers clients and family members to gather required information and documentation.
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of care services.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating initial home visits.
- Identify and address potential issues to ensure a smooth intake process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in home care intake preferably using Kinnser software.
- Strong knowledge of home care industry regulations and patient intake procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computer and data entry tasks.
