Schedule Options:
- Full-time Shift: 12:30 PM-11:00PM Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat
- Part-time Shift: 5:00PM - 11:00PM Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat
- Structure:Three 10-hour shifts/week (SundayTuesday or WednesdayFriday)
- Additional:One Saturday shift/month
- Flexibility:Option to pick up extra shifts
- Perks:$3.00$6.00 shift differential for short-notice or night coverage
Embark Behavioral Health in Bend Oregon is hiring compassionate purpose-driven Behavioral Health Technicians to join our this essential role youll support preteens ages 1017 in a safe structured and trauma-informed environment helping them grow through experiential learning animal-assisted activities academic support and emotional skill-building.

Responsibilities
- Ensure client safety and emotional well-being through active supervision and documentation
- Maintain structure and boundaries to foster a supportive environment
- Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care
- Assist with academic tasks and daily routines
- Participate in recreational and therapeutic activities (arts crafts sports nature walks)
- Support residential upkeep animal care and occasional meal service
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid drivers license maintain a clean driving record and be able to drive for work-related purposes
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to physically perform job duties including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques with training provided
