Full-time Shift: 12:30 PM-11:00PM Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat
Part-time Shift: 5:00PM - 11:00PM Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat
Structure:Three 10-hour shifts/week (SundayTuesday or WednesdayFriday)
Additional:One Saturday shift/month
Flexibility:Option to pick up extra shifts
Perks:$3.00$6.00 shift differential for short-notice or night coverage

Embark Behavioral Health in Bend Oregon is hiring compassionate purpose-driven Behavioral Health Technicians to join our this essential role youll support preteens ages 1017 in a safe structured and trauma-informed environment helping them grow through experiential learning animal-assisted activities academic support and emotional skill-building.

Responsibilities

Ensure client safety and emotional well-being through active supervision and documentation
Maintain structure and boundaries to foster a supportive environment
Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care
Assist with academic tasks and daily routines
Participate in recreational and therapeutic activities (arts crafts sports nature walks)
Support residential upkeep animal care and occasional meal service

Qualifications

Minimum age: 21
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid drivers license maintain a clean driving record and be able to drive for work-related purposes
Current First Aid & CPR certifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to physically perform job duties including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques with training provided
