Administer and support Windows Server environments Microsoft Exchange Globalscape and Quest Archive Manager
Install upgrade configure and manage infrastructure applications and platforms aligned with team responsibilities
Participate in project work system upgrades and cross-team initiatives
Partner with Customer Relations to support external member Globalscape requests
Perform data center management and hardware-related activities
Research evaluate and implement new software platforms and infrastructure solutions
Automate and enhance infrastructure operations and team processes using modern tools and scripting

To be successful as the IT Infrastructure Administrator II or Senior were looking for:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or certification in an Information Technology related field or combined equivalent experience
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of six (6) years infrastructure support experience
Required Skills:
Ability to multitask problem-solve and understand complex highly integrated systems
Experience researching installing maintaining and supporting core business systems (e.g. email domain services Active Directory DNS certificates and Enterprise FTP)
Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements for assigned systems with working knowledge of other supported platforms
Experience managing server installations including hardware and operating system components (requirements gathering documentation third-party software firmware updates)
Experience supporting on-premises cloud and hybrid environments
Microsoft Windows Server administration experience (build support upgrade and maintenance)

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
