Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Outreach Virtual Assistant to support the team with social media engagement lead follow-up and light creative tasks. This person will ensure timely responses to inbound messages manage structured outreach campaigns and support content creation where needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working remotely while maintaining U.S. time zone alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Engagement
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments across social media platforms
- Ensure all interactions are addressed within 24 hours
- Follow pre-approved response guidelines and escalate as needed
- Identify high-intent leads and flag to the internal team
Prospect Outreach & Lead Follow-Up
- Conduct structured outreach to prospects from the last six months via email marketing
- Use provided scripts and CRM notes to re-engage leads
- Track outreach activity and follow-ups in shared tools
- Surface warm leads for internal team follow-up
Creative & Marketing Support
- Assist with Canva for simple ad creatives social posts and short-form videos
- Update templates and resize assets as needed
- Support other light marketing or administrative tasks as required
Hard Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Marketing Assistant or Social Media Assistant
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Experience managing social media inboxes and comment moderation
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Comfortable following scripts workflows and structured outreach plans
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in real estate property management or community-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking
- Basic video editing or content creation experience
