About the Role
The House Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations and assumes responsibility during the Directors absence.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling evaluations disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
Manage audits corrective actions and documentation reviews.
Oversee property safety inspections and equipment accountability.
May conduct intakes inspections and host visitors.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
