An experienced Sales Manager required to lead a residential sales department in Camberley winning instructions managing performance and delivering consistent service while achieving targets and developing a successful sales team.

We are recruiting a Sales Manager for an independent residential estate agency in Camberley. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential sales who enjoys instruction winning team leadership and driving departmental performance.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the residential sales department
• Winning new sales instructions and generating business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Leading motivating and developing the sales team
• Overseeing sales progression from offer through to completion
• Setting monitoring and achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintaining compliance with current estate agency legislation

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
• Proven track record in residential property sales and instruction winning
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to generate new business and grow market share
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Organised professional and target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Local knowledge of Camberley and surrounding areas preferred
