We are hiring for our client a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor to appoint an Estimator to their commercial team in Lisburn. This Estimator role is full-time office-based with occasional travel to London.

The Role

Review and assess tender documentation in multiple formats
Prepare accurate compliant cost estimates
Source and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
Assess contractual and supplementary information for commercial risk
Attend site visits mid-tender and post-tender meetings
Manage post-tender queries and follow-ups
Provide clear handover details to the operations team

The Person

Minimum 3 years experience in an Estimating role
Main contractor fit-out experience preferred
Knowledge of estimating software (Evaluate desirable)
Strong IT communication and presentation skills
Proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
