Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Be a Unit focal point on behalf of SldrAc and AITC as the senior solider for Staff and Rcts within ATU(W).

2. To be the Lead for all ATU staff in the Understand element of the Army Values and Standards and Op TEAMWORK and to instil the Permanent Staffs conduct within AITC guidelines at all times.

3. Be fully conversant with all aspects of CMS(R) 21 Refine.

4. To Champion the Army Leadership Code and be the Unit lead on performance management.

5. Assist the Training Wing as the focal point for Ph3 courses and supporting with G5 & G7 as capacity allows.

6. Monitor induction WIPs and ITRs training to ensure all ATU(W) Permanent staff are current and competent.

7. To uphold military discipline in-line with AGAI 67.

8. To act as the Fund Manager ATU(W) Combined Mess managing all social events.

9. Any additional tasks as directed by Unit HQ.
