The Position

Were seeking a motivated Digital Product Intern to join our dynamic this role you will collaborate with product managers data scientists clinical experts and cross-functional teams contributing to exciting projects that support the development and optimization of Roches digital healthcare solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills gain hands-on experience in healthcare innovation and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Digital Product Intern your key duties will include:
• Research and Reporting: Conduct entry-level research activities and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes within the digital healthcare product team.
• Analyses and Modelling: Assist in developing basic analyses and models for product performance and market trends contributing to strategic insight generation.
• Material Preparation: Design and prepare presentations reports and other materials for stakeholders fostering clear and impactful communication.
• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate smaller events workshops or meetings ensuring smooth execution and positive team collaboration.
• Operational Improvements: Suggest and implement processes to improve efficiency in departmental operations offering innovative ideas that align with the teams objectives.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in healthcare data science business administration digital innovation or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Tableau Power BI Jira or similar is a plus. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Growth-Oriented: Enthusiastic about learning and developing in the digital healthcare and product management space.
