Job Summary
此实习职位仅针对2026应届毕业生4月底 统一入职
每周需到岗三天及以上连续三天以上最佳实习时长需2-3个月及以上
- 对各行业进行初步梳理了解客户认知缺口
- 利用内部和外部的工具来寻找行业专家确定最相关的专家人选业内人士多为行业核心C级高管邀其与客户进行一对一电话咨询
- 与专家交流互动了解其是否是客户的合适人选
- 说服相关专家参加与客户的咨询并协商参与条件
- 安排咨询事宜日程预约合约签署合规要求
- 在公司内部系统里准确记录与专家的沟通情况
Qualifications :
- 本科/硕士学位的应届生英语流利
- 对工作充满热情优秀的人际关系处理能力书面和口头沟通能力
- 注重细节能够严格遵守截止日期具备多任务处理能力
- 积极主动自我管理能力强能够独立完成工作
- 责任心强能够接受偶尔加班处理紧急项目需求
- 每周出勤至少3天(连续三天最佳)实习时长3个月
