1. 主要负责基因合成载体构建PCRRT-PCR质粒提取等分子生物学相关工作
2. 完成与分子生物学相关的部分研发任务
3. 严格按照SOP完成研究员或上级领导安排的各项试验安排
4. 及时进行工作汇报撰写实验记录
任职资格
1. 生命科学相关专业本科及以上有工作经验者优先
2. 有分子克隆PCR制备等分子生物学经验者优先
3. 熟悉分子生物学生物化学相关基础知识
4. 能吃苦耐劳服从上级的工作安排
5. 愿意学习新知识具有发现问题分析问题和解决问题的意识
6. 有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力
7. 熟练使用电脑会使用办公软件进行相关工作
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for molecular biology-related work including gene synthesis vector construction PCR RT-PCR and plasmid extraction;
- Fulfill partial R&D tasks associated with molecular biology;
- Strictly complete all experimental assignments arranged by researchers or superiors in accordance with SOPs;
- Conduct work reports in a timely manner and compile experimental records.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above in Life Sciences or a related major; candidates with work experience are preferred;
- Priority will be given to those with molecular biology experience in molecular cloning PCR preparation and other relevant techniques;
- Proficient in the basic knowledge of molecular biology and biochemistry;
- Hard-working and able to comply with work arrangements from superiors;
- Eager to learn new knowledge with the awareness to identify analyze and solve problems;
- Excellent communication skills and good team collaboration ability;
- Proficient in computer operation and able to use office software for relevant work.
