The PPD FSP Solution:

PPDs Functional Service Provider division partner with and serve as an extension of our PPD team supporting our customers key functions. DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Staff Sales Operations Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific youll support our commercial teams leading strategic initiatives and enhancing regional this role youll guide data-driven decision making develop and implement tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and build strong relationships across the organization. Youll analyze market dynamics track KPIs and help identify new business opportunities while supporting reputation and branding initiatives. Working closely with commercial directors marketing teams and other stakeholders youll help shape our competitive strategy and ensure were exceeding customer expectations in a dynamic marketplace.

REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree plus 12 years of experience in sales operations business analytics or related field
Preferred Fields of Study: business science or related field
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be considered as a plus
Demonstrated success in analyzing complex data and delivering measurable business impact

Previous experience in proposals (2 years) would be an advantage
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong business and financial acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases
Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong communication and presentation skills particularly for executive-level audiences
Deep understanding of biotech/pharma landscape and market dynamics
Experience with CRM systems particularly
Strong relationship building abilities across internal and external stakeholders
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
Ability to travel up to 40-70% as required by position

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Physical capability to work at a computer for extended periods and occasional light lifting up to 20 lbs
