As our Cafe Supervisor youll be the driving force behind our vibrant sandwich bar ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service.

The Role

Running the daily operations of the sandwich bar
Use your hands-on management skills and lead by example
Assist the Manager to achieve both forecasts and budgets
Provide clear and consistent direction whilst creating a great working environment for all staff

About You

6 months of supervisor/manager experience from a busy cafe
Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
Passionate barista with coffee knowledge and latte art skills
Proven ability to work independently and methodically whilst offering a superior level of customer service
Strong communication skills
Applicants with indigenous or Torres Strait Island background are strongly encouraged to apply
