Position Overview
The Immigration Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the operations and delivery of immigration services to clients. This positionis responsible formanaging team leaders and/or senior staff ensuring operational excellence consistent service delivery and continuous improvement of processes.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong operational people management and problem-solving skills who can proactively drive performance collaboration and compliance across the immigration function.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the immigration teams ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain productivity tracker of the team
- Escalate downtimes and system issues to managers and tech ops
- Oversee day-to-day operation and conduct daily Quality checks / Audits
- Monitor and analyzeadherence of SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manageany escalations and working closely with operations teams
- Ensure consistency in adhering to company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Coach and develop new hires (ifrequired).Mentorsnew hires to elevate their skills andexpertise
- Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance risks and operational outcomes.
Education and Qualifications
- Graduate level degree or equivalent
- Results oriented andoperateswith a strong level of accountability
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficiency/fluency in the English language spoken and written
- Strong focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;proactiveapproach to addressing and communicating issues providing feedback and solutions.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on business needs.
- Excellent time management and planning skillsrequired
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced environment with competing demands (E)
- Communicates both verbally and in writing clearly and accurately andadheres toclient and firm confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to work independently as a member of a team and under supervision
