- Own end-to-end delivery of complex e-commerce and post-purchase initiatives.

Customer & Conversion Optimization

Requirements:
Technical Expertise
- 5 years of product management experience preferably in DTC e-commerce environments.
- Proven experience working on consumer-facing products within post-purchase domains (supply chain customer support warranties payments).
- Strong understanding of complex platform capabilities including API-first architecture and third-party integrations.
- Experience optimizing cart and checkout flows is a strong plus.
Product & Data Mindset
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
- Experience conducting user research experimentation and funnel analysis.
- Ability to operate effectively even when data is limited identifying alternative insight sources.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery to delivery.
