Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse.
Every day you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care.
To be successful in this role you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort and the patience to explain procedures answer questions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provides and documents skilled care treatments and procedures.
- Obtains reviews and documents written and verbal physician orders.
- Assesses and documents skilled nursing needs each visit.
- Maintains complete organized current clinical records on all assigned patients.
Shift: 8am - 5pm
Core Schedule: Monday - Friday; Includes On Call Rotation
Student loan repayment program offered!
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Oregon LPN License
- AHA BLS within 30 Days
- Oregon Drivers License and Auto Insurance
- Two years acute care or clinical experience.
Preferred
- Hospice or Home Health experience
