What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe efficient and reliable plant performance
- Analyze processes equipment and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with operations maintenance and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project planning and execution including upgrades modifications and capital improvements
- Ensure engineering practices align with operational safety environmental and regulatory standards
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability in operational or industrial engineering within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and operational levels
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
- Proficiency with engineering tools systems and technical documentation
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
