What You Will Do:
As part of a team provide comprehensive support to a nascent federal organization with a broad mandate to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy including stakeholder engagement internal operations communications and program execution.

What You Will Need:

The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of professional experience with expertise in two or more of the following areas:

• Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to own and create a workstream serving as a client advisor to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.

• Prior development of strong analytical problem solving and communication skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents and/or deliverables.

• Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one-pagers slicksheets etc.).

• Prior experiencing developing and executing a stakeholder engagement and communications plan to engender alignment and buy-in across a large diverse set of stakeholders without direct lines of reporting/authority.

• Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.

• Prior experience facilitating the implementation of program and the program management initiatives.

Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers developers architects and subject matter experts.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests.

• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel)

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools
