JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting organization-wide recruitment activities and functions. This individual will recruit professional and technical candidates with an emphasis on technicians and professional staff based on the needs of the organization by collaborating with Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers. Must have a focus on delivering an amazing experience for all individuals involved in hiring process. Perform functions assigned in the organization coordination and implementation of Human Resources programs procedures and practices within Talent Acquisition and to assist team members in other Human Resources areas as needed. The role involves working with the Human Resources leadership to assist in developing and implementing key initiatives to align with the companys strategic objectives.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes interviews and other forms of communications.
- Screening resumes and forwarding qualified candidates for management review.
- Performs in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Coordinates interviews with the hiring managers with possible candidates.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding personnel actions such as hires promotions and transfers.
- Establishes coordinates recruitment processes including applicant review process with department managers reference checks background investigation procedures and the hiring approval process.
- Performs recruitment activities including receiving and maintaining personnel requisitions making job offers and scheduling start dates.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace while serving as a liaison with area employment agencies colleges and industry associations.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved coordinating with contractor liaisons.
- Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
- Complete timely reports on employment activity on a weekly basis
- Ensures compliance with regard to hiring process in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal laws.
- Assist HR in administration functions as needed.
- Performs other duties within Human Resources department as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires occasional walking bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting lifting carrying pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Work Location: Corporate Headquarters in Marietta office five (5) days

Preferred: Bachelors degree in business administrationwith a focus on Human Resources or extensive experience in the field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruiting HR or a related field. This could include internships part-time roles or experience in administrative tasks related to HR with prior experience in technical roles a plus. Aviation manufacturing or complex industry experience preferred. UKG Pro Recruiting experience preferred.
Certificates/Licenses: Human Resources certification preferred. SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
Other: Other duties may be assigned in role to support Human Resources personnel or projects. Must be able to travel extensively on recruiting assignments.
