Job Overview

A healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a short-term night-shift assignment. The CNA will provide essential patient care services and support nursing staff to ensure patient comfort safety and well-being in accordance with established healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Support patient mobility including ambulation transfers and repositioning
Measure and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure pulse and respirations
Assist patients with meals and hydration as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and equipment
Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
Follow infection control safety and facility protocols at all times
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during care

Required Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift reposition patients and stand for extended periods
