Are you highly organised proactive and enjoy being at the centre of a fast-moving business Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant to play a vital role in keeping their commercial teams running smoothly.
This is a varied hands-on position supporting Sales Marketing and Estimating functions ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities communicating with customers and taking pride in accuracy and efficiency. Youll be a key point of contact for enquiries and a trusted support to multiple teams across the business.
What Youll Be Doing
Sales Support
- Act as a first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquiries ensuring theyre handled professionally and efficiently.
- Gather accurate information from customers and log enquiries onto internal systems.
- Support the sales team with project-related calls and administrative follow-up.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
Marketing Support
- Assist with web order queries contacting customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Send out product data sheets CAD drawings samples and brochures promptly.
- Support outgoing post and customer communications.
Estimating Support
- Register and manage new project enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update project information and quotation records.
- Monitor shared inboxes responding promptly or distributing enquiries to the correct teams.
- Assist with quotation preparation price updates and amendments.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same and flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
