Job Summary
Seeking Experienced Python BackEnd Developers for Long-Term Project
Hybrid in Guadalajara Jalisco (Tlaquepaque / Zapopan Area)
We are looking for a skilled Python BackEnd Developer with 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves building and maintaining robust server-side solutions APIs and databases that support scalable and secure digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless front-end integration
Develop and maintain relational and non-relational databases ensuring data integrity and performance
Write clean efficient and scalable server-side code using Python
Implement authentication authorization and data protection best practices
Optimize server performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
Collaborate closely with front-end developers DevOps and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions
Maintain clear technical documentation and develop unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability
Technical Skills Required:
With over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Developer you must be proficient in the following technical skills:
Python (Django and/or Flask)
API Development (RESTful and GraphQL)
SQL and NoSQL databases
Version control systems (Git)
Server-side architecture and logic
Security best practices for back-end development
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Experience with microservices architecture
Understanding of event-driven systems
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Fluent in English (Advanced)
Strong communication skills empathy commitment and leadership
Location & Schedule:
Hybrid modality (2 days on-site)
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco (candidates must be located in or near Zapopan Tlaquepaque or Guadalajara)
Work hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
