As part of KMS Technology a US-based global technology group Addepto combines deep AI specialization with enterprise-scale delivery capabilitiesenabling the partnership to move clients from AI experimentation to production impact securely and at scale.


We are looking for a Finance Manager who will oversee all accounting reporting and compliance activities for Addepto in Poland ensuring alignment with KMS Technologys global finance standards and smooth integration into the groups financial framework.

This is a critical hands-on role that goes beyond supervision and reporting combining strong financial foundations with data analysis and insight generation to actively support business decisions and scalable growth across Europe. You will work closely with an international finance team across Vietnam Poland and the US using financial data not only to report results but to understand performance identify opportunities and help drive the business forward.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations ensuring accuracy consistency and alignment with group standards.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities turning numbers into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis in cooperation with the FP&A and Group Finance teams.

  • Act as a finance business partner for management explaining financial results and supporting decision-making with data-driven conclusions.

  • Monitor key business KPIs such as revenue growth margins utilization and cost structure.

  • Manage cash flow and working capital ensuring healthy financial operations.

  • Support the integration and improvement of financial systems processes automation and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders external accounting providers and the KMS headquarters.

Job requirements

What youll need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

  • Professional qualification (CPA ACCA or equivalent) preferred.

  • 7 years of progressive accounting/controlling experience ideally within multinational or PE-backed environments.

  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of Polish GAAP tax and statutory requirements including statutory reporting and local compliance obligations (e.g. KSeF / mandatory e-invoicing) with experience working closely with external advisors and authorities; exposure to US GAAP is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage audits local filings and complex reconciliations.

  • Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g. NetSuite SAP or similar).

  • Based in Warsaw with availability and willingness to work in a hybrid model including periodic on-site presence at the office.

  • Strong English communication skills; Polish fluency required.

  • Hands-on detail-oriented and proactive mindset suitable for a high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
