Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily yard operations to ensure safe reliable and efficient service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school district partners through proactive communication
- Coach support and engage drivers monitors and staff in a culture of care accountability and respect
- Partner with safety and maintenance teams to uphold a strong safety-first culture
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Review payroll and billing for accuracy and timeliness
- Resolve issues professionally and lead calmly during high-pressure situations
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree or equivalent operational leadership experience
- Proven experience managing large teams of hourly employees
- Strong communication customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented organized and solutions-focused
- Comfortable with early-morning operations
- Demonstrates integrity professionalism and grace under pressure
Compensation
- Starting salary: $80000 negotiable based on experience
