Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Associate to provide technical and operational support across equipment software and laboratory environments. This role supports the successful execution of technical projects and requires strong analytical capabilities cross-functional collaboration and hands-on experience in chemistry polymer science or materials scienceparticularly within water-based adhesives and packaging applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and resolve system or user issues in a timely manner

  • Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of software hardware and laboratory equipment

  • Perform testing data entry and analysis to support technical operations

  • Maintain accurate documentation including process updates and technical manuals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with operational and performance standards

  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management

  • Support training and onboarding for new technologies tools and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Polymer Science Materials Science or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience formulating water-based adhesives; experience in paperboard or food-grade packaging preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and implement optimal technical solutions

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent analytical documentation and technical communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting and laboratory equipment

  • Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory compliance in material formulation

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
