Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Associate to provide technical and operational support across equipment software and laboratory environments. This role supports the successful execution of technical projects and requires strong analytical capabilities cross-functional collaboration and hands-on experience in chemistry polymer science or materials scienceparticularly within water-based adhesives and packaging applications.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve system or user issues in a timely manner

Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of software hardware and laboratory equipment

Perform testing data entry and analysis to support technical operations
-
Maintain accurate documentation including process updates and technical manuals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with operational and performance standards
-
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management

Support training and onboarding for new technologies tools and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Chemistry Polymer Science Materials Science or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience formulating water-based adhesives; experience in paperboard or food-grade packaging preferred

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and implement optimal technical solutions

Ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent analytical documentation and technical communication skills
