Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Part-Time or PRN
Location: Cadiz OH
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA seeking flexibility supportive leadership and the chance to make a meaningful difference with patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Help patients improve mobility strength balance and functional independence
Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Ohio PTA license (required)
- SNF experience preferred but new grads welcome
- Strong communication and organizational skills
