Property Litigation Solicitor Associate

In this rewarding role your key responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse and stimulating caseload with a strong emphasis on property litigation advise and act on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Providing advice on lease renewals under relevant legislation and dilapidations claims
Supporting residential possession proceedings applying in-depth knowledge of housing law and statutory frameworks to deliver effective outcomes
Resolving disputes between property owners including boundary disagreements nuisance claims and enforcement of restrictive covenants
Supporting clients through development-related disputes offering clear and strategic advice on issues affecting neighbouring land and property interests
Providing expert advice on long leasehold matters including lease extensions collective enfranchisement and right to manage processes.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with circa 1-5 PQE in property litigation
Demonstrable experience in landlord and tenant disputes
Proven ability to manage disputes involving adjoining owners and development-related conflicts.
