As a Launch Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating product launches and transfers across assigned countries. Your role focuses on ensuring strategic planning operational readiness and timely execution while driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement of launch processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all activities related to new product launches and transfers ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution.
Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure launch readiness and effective risk management.
Support commercial planning and decision-making through regular reporting and performance monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement of launch processes and ensure alignment with internal policies and regional stakeholders.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding related to launch management across the organization.
What Youll Bring to the Role:
High education in Management Marketing PharmacyorFinance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in Product Launch Project Management Regulatory Affairs Logisticsor Marketing).
Proven experience in managing product launches or cross-functional projects.
Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to influence solve problems and manage risks effectively.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Confident user of MS Office and project management tools.
