Job Description:
A telecaller job involvesmaking and receiving calls to sell products generate leads and provide customer service acting as the companys voice by explaining offerings resolving issues building rapport and documenting interactions requiring strong communication persuasion and data entry skills to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling:Contact potential and existing customers via cold calls to promote products/services generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Inbound Handling:Answer incoming calls from customers address inquiries provide information and resolve complaints.
- Sales & Persuasion:Explain product features benefits pricing overcome objections and persuade customers to purchase or take action.
