As a Product Manager Commerce Experience at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator youll work alongside senior product leaders to ship features that matter. Youll get your hands into the work running standups writing PRDs coordinating with engineers and designers and moving things forward. You have a curious mindset thrive in collaborative squads and are passionate about fintech. By your nature you are solution-oriented scrappy and biased toward action.

Job responsibilities:
- Support senior product managers in defining and executing product strategy across commerce and payments features
- Run day-to-day squad operations: standups sprint planning retros and backlog grooming
- Write clear product requirements design briefs and outcome-focused user stories
- Conduct discovery activities to validate problems and de-risk solutions
- Use AI tools to rapidly prototype and communicate product ideas
- Coordinate with engineering design and controls stakeholders to ship iteratively
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 2+ years product management experience in payments checkout or fintech
- Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies and shipping software with cross-functional teams
- Ability to write clear PRDs user stories and design briefs
- Comfort working with engineers and designers to solve ambiguous problems
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Scrappy bias-to-action mindset you get things done not just analyse them
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with merchant-facing or B2B payments products
- Familiarity with developer tools APIs or developer portals
- Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and ideation
- Exposure to regulated financial services environments
