We are seeking a qualified Reviews Officer with a strong background in homelessness legislation and case law. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with the Homelessness Code of Guidance and the Housing Act 1996 (as amended). The position currently operates on a hybrid model requiring two days in the office with potential for future flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Part 7 s202 homelessness reviews in accordance with legal requirements.
- Apply the Review Regulations and relevant case law to decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to the Homelessness Code of Guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in conducting Homelessness Part 7 s202 reviews within the last 2 years.
- Proven understanding of the Review Regulations Homelessness Code of Guidance relevant case law and the Housing Act 1996 (as amended).
- Experience working as a Reviews Officer for at least 12 months in the past 2 years.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with two days in the office.
We operate on a bi-weekly payment plan
