We are looking for caring resilient and motivated Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with young people families and professionals
Supporting care plans and risk assessments
Assisting with daily routines education and emotional wellbeing
Managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
Maintaining accurate and high-quality records
No previous experience required you will receive 3 weeks classroom training followed by 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and supported.
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
