Your mission
We have an exciting new position for you to consider: Marketing Reporting Analyst for our European Marketing team. Curious what this role is all about Lets dive in:
- Collect and consolidate marketing data from various sources (events PR direct marketing digital campaigns) and ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting using tools like Excel SQL Power BI or similar platforms.
- Develop clear dashboards and reports showcasing KPIs and marketing insights to track ROI and campaign performance.
- Deliver both consolidated regional reports and detailed country-specific breakdowns to highlight market contributions.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to understand data needs and ensure consistent reporting standards.
- Analyze performance trends benchmark against industry standards and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
Your profile
- 23 years of experience in marketing analytics reporting or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau); experience with automation techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics across channels (events PR direct marketing digital campaigns).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven stories effectively.
- English C1; German is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce) and SQL knowledge.
- Degree in Business Analytics Data Analytics Marketing Analytics or a related field is highly desirable.
