What you will be doing:

Write test and deploy code to production independently.
Review team code and provide valuable improvements.
Create/execute unit test plans and investigate/resolve defects.
Participate in specification reviews and monitor services/systems within the infrastructure.
Work to enhance architecture code design system performance scalability and security.

What our client is looking for:

A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Computer Science Engineering etc.)
6 months to 2 years in professional software development.
Proficiency in Python or PHP along with Django or Laravel and Web Fundamentals.
Proven knowledge of at least one Object-Oriented (OO) programming language.
Understanding of networking databases data structures algorithms cloud computing security code design distributed systems and testing.
Understanding of coding best practices system scalability security and performance tuning.
Bonus points for JavaScript frameworks MySQL BigQuery Linux Docker Kubernetes and e-commerce experience.
