Job Summary

Job Title: Data & Analytics Consultant

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a specialist in data & analytics solutions supporting clients in defining strategies implementing architectures and optimizing processes to transform data into insights.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Coordinate technical teams in consulting projects ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
Contribute to the design of scalable data architectures (Data Lakes Data Warehouses Cloud).
Implement solutions for Integration Governance and Data Quality.
Develop dashboards and advanced analytical models (BI Machine Learning).
Support clients in defining KPIs and data monetization strategies.
Establish best practices in data architecture and modeling.
Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations (GDPR LGPD).

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

5 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Oracle Business Intelligence Power BI Tableau)
Experience on Python development with the ability to convert programs from any other language to Python
Experience developing with Cloud platforms (OCI Azure AWS GCP).
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Complementary Requirements:

Mastery of Teradata SQL including query optimization complex joins and analytical functions.
Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn) for task automation job execution and integration with Teradata scripts (BTEQ TPT).
Knowledge of data integration tools (Apache NIFI Apache Dataflow) orchestration (Apache Airflow Control-M) and modern architectures (Data Mesh).
Cloud certifications (OCI Azure Data Engineer AWS Big Data).
Experience with AI/ML applied to functional use cases.
Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
