About the Role
As Senior Manager Learning & Product Innovation you will be responsible for defining the vision strategy and standards for designing scaling and commercialising transformative learning experiences.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team to develop high-impact learning products that drive behaviour change organisational capability uplift and revenue growth. This role acts as a strategic partner across the business and with external stakeholders ensuring the learning portfolio is market-ready commercially viable and aligned with the future of adult learning and skills development.
Define and set the learning strategy design standards and experience principles across the learning portfolio.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products from research and scoping through design pilot evaluation iteration and productisation ensuring market fit scalability and revenue impact.
Drive the commercialisation of learning solutions including market analysis client engagement pricing strategies and adoption to support revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (commercial delivery technology finance) and external partners (subject matter experts institutions) to develop learning solutions aligned with client needs and emerging trends.
Build and scale learning products in a fast-growing resource-constrained environment balancing speed quality and commercial outcomes while navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Continuously optimise existing and new learning products to ensure alignment with quality impact and revenue objectives.
Coach mentor and develop a high-performing team with strengths in learning design product strategy innovation and commercial acumen.
Ideal Talent:
Proven leadership experience in learning product design curriculum development and innovation ideally within EdTech corporate learning consulting or transformation environments.
Strong track record of designing adult learning programmes that integrate behavioural science active learning methodologies and technology-enabled experiences.
Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of learning products end-to-end including productisation and commercialisation.
Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to translate learning solutions into scalable revenue-generating products.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration stakeholder management and navigating complex organisational environments.
Strategic thinker able to balance creativity learning impact and commercial outcomes.
Passionate people leader with a genuine commitment to building team capability culture and performance.

Requirements
- 8 years of experience in cross-functional team leadership.
- 8 years of experience in curriculum development or learning design.
- 6 years of experience working with e-learning providers or digital learning platforms.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
