We are looking for an experienced Administration Consultant to manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative operations. The role requires strong experience in corporate administration travel and visa management reception handling office coordination and event management. The candidate should also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for administrative reporting and data management.
Key Responsibilities: - Office Administration
Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations of the workplace.
Oversee office facilities housekeeping security and office upkeep.
Coordinate with building management and service providers for maintenance
HR coordination as per organizational requirements.
Facilitating the issuance of corporate credit cards for employees and handling queries related to card activation.
Travel & Visa Coordination
Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights hotels and transportation.
Handle visa documentation and travel-related coordination for employees and visitors. Reception & Front Office Management
Supervise reception operations and ensure professional handling of visitors and calls.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room arrangements.
Event & Party Management
Organize corporate events office celebrations and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate vendors catering logistics and hospitality arrangements. Vendor & Service Management
Manage vendors for housekeeping pantry security office supplies and other services.
Ensure timely delivery of services and cost control. Office Upkeep
Ensure cleanliness maintenance and professional appearance of the office premises.
Monitor pantry supplies stationery and other office requirements. Administrative Reporting
Maintain administrative records invoices and documentation Prepare administrative reports and data tracking using Microsoft Excel (MIS expense tracking vendor records travel data etc.)
Required Skills
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidate preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in corporate administration
