Location: Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Salary: QAR 3600 (Basic) QAR 400 (Food Allowance)
Age Limit: Maximum 33 years
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries desserts and bakery items according to established recipes and standards
Manage daily operations of the bakery section and supervise commis chefs or assistants
Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portion control
Monitor stock levels assist with ordering and minimize waste
Maintain strict hygiene food safety and cleanliness standards (HACCP)
Train and guide junior staff in bakery techniques and kitchen procedures
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and new product development
Requirements
5 years of working experience as a Chef de Partie Bakery or similar role
Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
Age limit: Below 33 years
