Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in training education or corporate learning environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated interest in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Willingness to travel locally for training delivery and client engagements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback-driven improvements
