JOB PURPOSE
Employee attendance data management system maintenance policy implementation and cross-departmental collaboration. Assist to coordinate and support a variety of People Operations programmes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- In accordance with company Attendance regulations be responsible for Attendance systems and offline attendance forms maintenance summarizing checking and analysing employee attendance data identifying abnormal data and promptly communicating and verifying with relevant departments and employees to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of attendance data.
- Handle employees attendance questions and problems promptly and efficiently.
- Review and check the procedures and supporting documents for various types of leave and verify leave records in the system.
- Work closely with payroll team and HR vendors. Regularly download attendance data cross check employee attendance records and ensure data accuracy to support payroll settlement.
- Regularly generate monthly OT reports to business departments and HRA/HRM for OT control.
- HR System (Workday) maintenance and data update and support on HR System change requirements communication testing and realization.
- Support on Employee Life Cycle process including on-boarding transfer exit process etc. Complete and/or check HR-related forms and documents so they are processed accurately and on time.
- Manually batch data processing for some special cases including check and update employees eligible annual leave days in system etc.
- Participate in the updates of attendance regulations requirements collection and reports automation to streamline the process and ensure efficient information transmission.
- Support and assist to coordinate a variety of People Operations programmes.
- Other assignments from direct superior or department manager.
QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree or above Human Resource Management or Business Administration is preferable.
- 1-2 years experience in HR field
- Good command of English.
- Good PC skills in using Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
- Familiar with PRC labour law and social security regulations.
- Able to identify and address process improvements and share expertise with others.
- Work conscientiously and responsibly proactive.
- Sound interpersonal & communication skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Collaborative approach.
