We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. This individual will be managing organizing and executing various recruitment tasks focusing on high volume recruitment. The candidate will gain valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms job fair events employment centers and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews.
- Assess candidates skills qualifications and culture fit.
- Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.
Pay Range: $47000-$52000 annually
Keys to success:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
